Full control over your subscription. Change or cancel anytime.
Upgrade to Pro
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro”Via Dashboard
Section titled “Via Dashboard”- Go to app.textfigaro.com
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Enter payment info ($9/month)
Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
Via Text
Section titled “Via Text”Upgrade my planFigaro will send you a link to complete the upgrade.
Downgrade to Free
Section titled “Downgrade to Free”Via Dashboard
Section titled “Via Dashboard”- Go to app.textfigaro.com
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro until then.
What changes on Free:
Section titled “What changes on Free:”- 50 messages/month limit
- 1 list only
- 3 active reminders
- No Google Calendar
- No Daily Briefing
- No Telegram/WhatsApp
Your data is preserved — you just can’t add beyond the limits.
Cancel Subscription

- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm
What happens when you cancel:
Section titled “What happens when you cancel:”- You keep access until the end of your billing period
- You revert to the Free plan after that
- Your data is preserved (unless you delete it)
- You can resubscribe anytime
No tricks:
Section titled “No tricks:”- No “are you sure?” guilt trips
- No hidden retention offers
- No making it hard to find
- Just a button that works
Billing
Section titled “Billing”When am I charged?
Section titled “When am I charged?”Monthly, on the same day you first subscribed.
How much is Pro?
Section titled “How much is Pro?”$9/month. That’s it. No hidden fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
Section titled “What payment methods are accepted?”- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

How do I update my payment method?
Section titled “How do I update my payment method?”Go to Settings → Subscription → Payment Method
Can I get a receipt?
Section titled “Can I get a receipt?”Yes. Receipts are emailed automatically after each charge. You can also download past receipts from Settings.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Our policy:
Section titled “Our policy:”If you’re not happy, let us know within 30 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. No questions asked.
How to request:
Section titled “How to request:”Email help@textfigaro.com with your phone number and reason (optional).
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Section titled “Can I switch between monthly and annual?”Annual billing coming soon! When it’s available, you’ll be able to switch and save.
What if my card is declined?
Section titled “What if my card is declined?”We’ll retry a few times and notify you. Update your payment method to avoid interruption.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Section titled “Can I pause instead of cancel?”Not currently, but you can cancel and resubscribe later — your data is preserved.
Will my data be deleted if I cancel?
Section titled “Will my data be deleted if I cancel?”No. Your data stays until you explicitly delete it. You can continue to access the dashboard on the Free plan.
